A lady I work with gave me this recipe. It's so easy to prepare and is a good meal to use for family or company.
Easy Italian Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup cold water
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian stewed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Hot cooked spaghetti
In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, bring tomatoes, mushrooms, basil and garlic powder to a boil.
Combine cornstarch and water, add to tomato mixture. Return to a boil. Cook and stir for two minutes.
Serve chicken over spaghetti and top with the tomato sauce.
Serve with a side salad and garlic bread.

These are small individual sized cheese cakes that are VERY easy to make, and can be used for desserts, or you could use them at wedding showers, baby showers, or some other function where you'll have several guests.
Petite Cheese Cakes
(makes about 24)
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
2 cans cherry pie filling
Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Using midget foil cupcake liners, put a vanilla wafer on bottom. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
